1. What is the delivery time?
We deliver within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders.

3. Can I exchange bangles if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes, you can exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Rs. 200 delivery charges apply for size/design exchanges.

4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If there’s any damage, defect, or wrong item, we’ll replace it free of cost. You must notify us within 3 days.

5. Do you offer refunds?
No, we have a No Return & No Refund policy. Only exchanges are allowed as per our terms.

6. How do I place an order?
Simply add your product to cart, fill in your complete address with house/street/landmark, and confirm. We’ll handle the rest!
