Terms & Conditions

  • If there is any damage, defect, or wrong item, SheKart will exchange the product. The customer must return the item via Pakistan Post or any courier to our address: Shekart, Shop No. 37, Shahi Bazaar near Liberty Parlour, Hyderabad, Pakistan.

  • For size or design exchange requests (e.g. bangle size or style), customers must pay Rs. 200 delivery charges.

  • Exchange is only valid within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Customers must notify us via call/WhatsApp/text within this period. No complaints will be accepted after 3 days.

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, without any scratches, damage, or alterations. Worn or resized items will not be exchanged.

  • No Return & No Refund Policy – Exchanges only.

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, street, block, and nearest landmark. Incomplete addresses will not be processed.
