Return and Exchange Policy
Terms & Conditions
If there is any damage, defect, or wrong item, SheKart will exchange the product. The customer must return the item via Pakistan Post or any courier to our address: Shekart, Shop No. 37, Shahi Bazaar near Liberty Parlour, Hyderabad, Pakistan.
For size or design exchange requests (e.g. bangle size or style), customers must pay Rs. 200 delivery charges.
Exchange is only valid within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Customers must notify us via call/WhatsApp/text within this period. No complaints will be accepted after 3 days.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, without any scratches, damage, or alterations. Worn or resized items will not be exchanged.
No Return & No Refund Policy – Exchanges only.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, street, block, and nearest landmark. Incomplete addresses will not be processed.
